If you wish to apply as an Entrepreneur in British Columbia, you must have a personal net worth of at least $600,000 CAD, demonstrate business or management experience as well as be eligible for immigration status in Canada.

You also need to establish an eligible new business, or purchase an existing business, and make an eligible personal investment of at least $200,000 CAD in the business. It is required that you create at least one new full-time job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident in the business.
